I don’t know what inspired me to watch this show. I usually hate shows in this genre (I’m the one person in the world who doesn’t like This Is Us), but I was hooked by this one immediately. No one’s trying to be vague and cool and mysterious for no reason, everyone is smart and talented but not unrealistically so, the “secrets” of the different plot lines are discovered at a good pace and in interesting ways... I could go on and on. Finally, the acting is fabulous and not over-the-top and the characters seem real, if a little too good to be true (but then I’m a cynic). It also has themes and messages of accepting each other, supporting each other, and loving each other despite differences, but it’s not preachy with any of them. The characters just are who they are with no apology or attempts at politicizing issues. I caught up with the first four episodes in a day and can’t wait for more. I’m so glad iTunes has the season pass so I can support (and rewatch) the show!

    Heartfelt, real and transparent.

Great soundtrack, and James Roday at his dreamiest. A little clunkier storytelling than, for example, This Is Us, but in the same genre and gets the job done. The acting is good and the sets are fun to look at. Banter is witty. Solid!

Wasn't sure what to expect from this series. I am now 2 episodes in and it is hands down for me one of the best dramatic TV series of the past several years. The ensemble cast is amazing. You really can see a little bit of yourself in each and every character. Not sure where it is going this season but I am definitely going to be part of this ride. You really need to watch A Million Little things. Don't miss out on this true gem.
